Audrey Reigel

Audrey Casey-Reigel, age 80. of Millcreek passed away on Monday, September 5, 2022 at UPMC Hamot.

She was born in Erie on May 9, 1942 she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Dorothy Wolf Casey.

A graduate of the Villa Maria Academy, Class of 1960 and the Saint Vincent Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1963, Audrey worked at Hamot Medical Center as a registered nurse for 30 years retiring in 2000, and then went on to work at the Hamot Surgery center for several years. She is a past member of “C.O.R.N.” Certified Operating Room Nurse. Audrey is a member of St. Patrick R C Church where she served as a Eucharistic minister. She is also a member of Villa Maria Academy Alumni.

Audrey loved dogs, liked gardening and foreign travel.

In addition to her parents, Audrey was predeceased by her brother Arthur Casey and sister in law, Audrey Casey and her boys Seamus and Rusty.

Survivors include her son, Patrick Reigel and his wife Suzanne, of Fogelsville, PA and dear friends, Ann, Susan, Mary Pat and Bonnie.

Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at St. Patrick Church 130 E. 4th Street, Erie PA 16507 on Monday at 10:00 a.m.

Private burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to an organization of One’s Choice.
