AraBelle Grace Cubitt age 12, passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at CHP, leaving a profound void in the hearts of all who knew her.

She was born in Erie on August 15, 2013, the daughter of Brandi Cubitt.

AraBelle was a bright and beautiful soul and the most incredible human being. She brought an irreplaceable light to everyone fortunate enough to meet her, and she was an undeniably positive presence in every aspect of her life, which shone through all her relationships and accomplishments.

In addition to being an incredible daughter and granddaughter, AraBelle was a devoted sister, friend, teammate, and student. She always made time for silly games, snuggles, and stories with her sister, whom she lovingly referred to as "her baby." She showed immense consideration and kindness toward others, especially her friends and teammates. She was dedicated to making continuous improvements in life to achieve her goals, especially as a softball pitcher. She could often be found waking up early to work out and spending evenings practicing pitching, which paid off when she struck out three girls in the final inning of her final game this year for a movie-esque win. She had also hoped to play volleyball this coming school year. She was extremely intelligent, earning great grades while simultaneously balancing sports and a main character role in the school play. She aspired to be an actress and an attorney, while often referencing her desire to write fictional horror.

AraBelle carried great compassion for animals, including her two cats, whom she had named Nightmare and Diablo, but lovingly referred to as Nibbles and Dibbles.

In addition to her other amazing accomplishments, AraBelle was a very skilled artist. Finding a passion for drawing from a young age, she had presented her work to the public at a local market, in a local gallery, and even recently won a peer-elected competition at her school.

AraBelle was also an avid reader, a beautiful singer, a creative storyteller, and a music enthusiast. She loved sharks, and anime such as My Hero Academia and Death Note.

She was preceded in death by her uncle, Brent Wolfe.

She is survived by her mother, Brandi Cubitt; a sister, Avianna, and her grandparents, Kathleen Cubitt (Stephen Walk) and Danny Cubitt (aka Dandelion), many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
