Antonette Marie “Tania” (Osiecki) Leone, 73, of Millcreek Twp., passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at LECOM Medical Center with her two children at her side following a brief illness.
She was born in Erie, PA on September 9, 1952, a daughter of the late Joseph F. Osiecki, Sr. and Sophia (Szymanowski) Osiecki. Tania graduated from Strong Vincent High School, class of 1970. She married her high school sweetheart, Vincent “Vinnie” Leone on August 12, 1978, and they had forty-six wonderful years together until his passing on September 17, 2024.
Tania was employed at American Sterilizer Company (AMSCO) for several years in the Customer Service Department until they were purchased by Steris Corporation and moved that department from the Erie plant. She then worked for Assumption Greek Orthodox Church as their Office Assistant until her retirement. She attended Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church.
Tania loved going to the casino, playing bingo, shopping, cooking, and you never saw her without her Pepsi, but most of all, she loved her children and her grandchildren unconditionally; they meant the world to her.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Tania was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph F. Osiecki, Jr. on June 11, 2010.
She is survived by her son, Ryan Leone and his son, Matthew and her daughter, Julie Leone Orton and her husband, Matt and their daughter Mia. She is also survived by four sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
