Angelo "Ange" S. Iavarone Jr.

December 9, 1954 — April 9, 2024

Angelo “Ange” S. Iavarone Jr., age 69, of Erie, died on Tuesday April 9, 2024 at home surrounded by family.

He was born in Erie on December 4th, 1954, son of Mary (DiLoreto) and the late Angelo Iavarone of Erie.

He attended Harborcreek Schools and worked at General Electric as a welder and tool crib attendant for many years. He had a great sense of humor. He enjoyed hunting and riding his motorcycle.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Besides his mother, he is survived by wife Elayne of Erie; a daughter, Kelsey Gerbracht, of Erie; sons, Corey Gerbracht of Erie, Ryan Buto (Gwen) of South Carolina, Philip Iavarone (Quinn), Ryan Iavarone (Tasha) both of Erie; his grandchildren, who were so special to him, Zachary, Tyler, Burk, Amelia, Hudson, Cody, Layla, Trey, and Octavia. He is further survived by his sisters Mary Pahls (Chris) and Roberta Matusik (Bill), several nieces and nephews and his dog, Buddy.

Services were private, arrangements by Burton Quinn Scott West Ridge.
