Dear Mark –
I want to thank you especially and also Patty and Terry. You were my rock during the most devastating time of my life. Every day I miss mom and dad so much. I still think it is Dad calling when the phone rings.
Took a beautiful wreath to the cemetery and saw the headstone for the first time. I cried. Now they are together forever. Again thank you so much.

Both James Scott and Patricia Brunner were so wonderful. If they treat everyone like they did us, they would need no improvement. – Mary Ellen

Not many people today are appreciated for the jobs they do. It has taken me this long but wanted to let you all know I appreciate you taking care of my dog and spelling his names correctly.
He was truly a service animal but will never get the full recognition he deserved for it.
Thank you for all you do.

“I didn’t notice nor did I hear a comment about improvement possibilities. Above and beyond in considerate, care, and service. My brother would have been proud.” – Jodi

Dear Mark,
Thank you for the lovely card and note remembering our brother’s death. It was so thoughtful of you.
It is hard to believe that a whole year has passed. I think of him so often and keep him close that way. Our thanks again too for the very professional and kind and caring way that Burton’s took care of everything for us after my brother’s death.
